A great application that allows me to control Ableton Live and Reason very easily. Easy to configure but sometimes buggy when you need to save your settings.

Simply amaZing! Works perfectly with M-Audio Torq v1.5

With this App I created a whole series of custom buttons for my Torq DJ software. I also bought the iTM DJ App and use that as well with my Torq DJ system. The matrix is great for adding that touch of automation when you need to get out of your DJ booth or fire in a sound effect into the mix. Ive used it at a few gigs and it has worked great. I really like how I can customize pretty much everything and its actually pretty easy to set up. The developer was also very quick to answer all my questions. This App is a bargin for the price.

I just bought this software because i saw someone on iTune using it with Serato ssl and i would like to Know how to map buttons.

Im using an iPhone 4 and everytime I try to switch to a custom layout the app crashes. I would not recommend this app.

In Ableton Live, under "MIDI preferences", enable "REMOTE" for both the input and output ports of the ITM Midi port. Then MIDI map the buttons on the grid to whatever clips you want. The button will stay lit for as long as the clip is playing. SOOOO dope and its free! Glad to see this finally get released, I hope these guys get the recognition they deserve.

This is awesome app for Max/Msp and Ableton users...

Works great in Logic Pro 8 for playing and recording grooves in Ultrabeat. Cant want for the new version I saw on their site that has shiny new 3D pads. Tip: works much better (less latency) when connected via a computer to computer (iPhone in this case) network. Hopefully the company will continue to strive for better latency response over a wifi router?

Im using this to play my Roland td12 drums anywhere in the house--kids think Im cool.. Instant beats to accompany yo gabba gabba..Also-- using this to play rockband and guitar hero world tour just for kicks-- vids will be posted tonight under rockbandmidi on YouTube with instructions.

Ive tried just about all the DAW remote control apps for Ableton Live and the ITM products are the easiest to get up and running by FAR. ITM Matrix works great with the iPod Touch and networks directly with my laptop with or without wifi. If you own Ableton Live, and you want to have a stress free workflow get this app.

Using with Serato Scratch Live, great options in this version compared to the free, colors, label text, amount of buttons... etc. GREAT APP!

This app is default in all of my live set ups now. iTM you did a great job. I can now literally walk away from the laptop while playing and get a drink from the bar. Works great with ableton, Max/MSP or any other program that can recieve midi.

Great for triggering my clips in Modul8. It keeps getting better with every update!

This app is freakin awsome !!!!! Easy to set up and program. If you are having trouble with this sweet app then you shouldnt be playing with midi because it doesnt get much easier then this!!!!

Really like this app, though I wish it used standard navigation/tab controllers for configuration. Also a way to quickly switch the layout between 1-3 setups would be very very useful. Also could we get some additional button styles? I much prefer the look of Beatmakers pads than the glass candy buttons that iTM Matrix uses... :-(

I use this App with Ableton Live. It works okay. There is some latency. The documentation is weak, which is bad for configuring the App because the interface is not intuitive, at least to me. Its a one trick pony, a matrix of triggering buttons. I have only one iPhone, so I really wish the developer would consolidate all of the stand-alone apps into one fully implemented App (i.e., the developers existing intro-App, ITM MidiLab). A fully implemented, well documented MidiLab suite would be worth $5.99. Standing alone, with latency and poor documentation, this ITM Matrix App is worth no more than $0.99.

I love this app and used it with Serato for some minor things like quickly cutting loop sizes, launching clips in the sample player, switching between internal and relative modes, etc. I could for sure survive without it, but it was a really nice and convenient to have with out going out and buying a physical midi controller. That being said, there are some major connection issues. I dunno if apple or if this apps creators are to blame, but it wont sustain a connection between the two for more than about 5 minutes. In that time, there is ZERO latency (people who are claiming latency are knuckleheads and have the wrong network settings.) This app has been reduced to a novelty app to control the music when im on a bathroom break. This hasnt been updated in about a year.. can we please get an update?

This is pretty cool I have to say. Working good triggering cue points in serato. Not the easiest thing to set up but was pretty happy when I did get it up and running. Set up a couple layouts but for some reason everytime I try to switch to one I made the app closes. For people havin the same issue just set one up how u need it then name default so I loades when u open the app but please fix! I want a layout for serato and another ableton.. Other than that this is so cool people trip when I show them while Im djing.
